Empfehlungen von anderen Gästen sind im Tourismus das wichtigste Marketinginstrument, da sie im Vergleich zu anderen Werbemassnahmen ein hohes Vertrauen geniessen und deshalb die Entscheidungen bezüglich der Wahl des Anbieters stark beeinflussen.

TrustYou aggregiert sämtliche überprüfte Kundenbewertungen von online Plattformen für alle Schweizer Beherbergungsbetriebe und erlaubt detaillierte Auswertungen. Die durchschnittliche Zufriedenheit der Gäste wird mit dem TrustScore gemessen und liegt zwischen 0 und 100. In Zusammenarbeit mit hotelleriesuisse und Trustyou konnte jetzt das Walliser Tourismus Observatorium Daten der Referenzjahre 2013, 2014 und 2015 für über 4‘500 Schweizer Hotels und jährlich rund 500‘000 – 600‘000 Bewertungen auswerten.
